Can I return or exchange the delivered goods?
We accept returns and exchanges only for the following reasons, if you inform us of the situation by a written message within 48 hours after you receive them.
1 when you receive a damaged item or the inner of outer packaging is damaged
2 when you receive a faulty item
3 when you receive an in correct item in your order

What is EMS ?

Takashima Hardware Store Co., Ltd. will ship orders via EMS, which we consider the most reasonable solution to you in terms of cost and speed. We will inform you of the shipping details such as cost and tracking information.
Although we try our best to ensure packages are delivered in a timely manner, time needed for delivery may vary depending on the transportation, customs clearance as well as the package handling procedures and other factors in the country of destination. Once a package is shipped, we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. We also have no control over whether or not your package is delayed in your country's customs office. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons.
